During move-in, I noticed millions of insect feces (roach poop?) ALL. However, the cuteness doesn't make up for the PEST issue.

As someone else mentioned, the overall layout of the apartment IS cute and the wood floors are a nice touch. Well kept properties regularly keep up with landscaping and refresh mulch every once in a while. Open areas overflow with pet feces, cigarette butts, and grass is hard to come by.

Every time that I visit, the trash dumps are overflowing and sometimes trash bags are thrown on top of trailers that persist in the back of the complex. BUT the residents who live here obviously don't care about their living environment and management obviously doesn't care either. There is 24/7 security and entry is not permitted without either having a gate key or being buzzed so that's great.

It is unfortunate that he leased his apartment without my help because it is one of the most disgusting places that I've ever stepped foot in. I have a very close family member living here.
